a reminder you arent a bad person!
one of our alters, a persecutor, was talking to our friend about how she feels like she's a bad person for the things she's done to the system. he pointed out that she's been through quite a few hardships and was trying her best with the tools she had. and, even if she was a bad person, she was improving and definitely counted as a good person at least since she had started trying to change her ways.
