I love it when I boot up my PC and discord randomly picks one of three monitors to pop up on and it happens to be my graphic tablet
like a cat choosing the most inconvenient place to sit on

sometimes i wonder how my art looks to people with standard vision
I have visual snow syndrome which makes processing visual information harder and puts static over everything
if you've ever had an aura migraine, the visual burden is apparently relatively similar, except mine is chronic, lifelong, and occasionally gets permanently worse.
I've made my peace with it. I refuse to let it take art from me
but I do wonder sometimes if I could've learned faster without this frying my visual processing
guess I'll never know
Finally potted my Monstera after she seems to have survived the Great Thrips War of 2026
Now she just has to adapt to the aroid potting soil I so lovingly ordered in a specialized shop for her
the moss stick is also almost ready
She's gonna be a queen

... additionally my Pothos now also live in premium Aroid soil because idk I have it might as well use it
Seems a bit excessive for the equivalent of indoor weeds but eh
man I honestly had a pretty rough DnD session yesterday and I don't really know how to communicate to my DM that some of this stuff is... not working for me nor do I know if anyone else in the group feels this way or if I'm being hypersensitive
