So like, everyone always gets mad at me for writing in my personal books, but I do. I make marginal notes and analyse the shit outta my favourite novels and classics. Like it's not desecration if you're making it a personal reading experience???!! Idk @fishingboatproceeds would it make you made if I told you that I totally highlighted the Maslows'a Hierarchy is horseshit argument in TFIOS? Because I still regularly reference that.
