Look, I see some of you new followers, drawn in by my Peridot “don’t touch my shit” video, and see your S*U heavy blogs, and I gotta warn you. I am like 40. I try to make computers understand what I would like them to do for a living. Next week, I will be complaining about Kirk. From Star Trek. From the 60s. And then after that, I will probably recess back into the background radiation of this website, only to repost something ridiculous from Prokopetz or Glumshoe or Roach or someone.
Personal conversation in the mess hall with @sevenofninetertiaryadjunctofunim
"I had conversation with Tom Paris."
Seven was complaining about Maintenance department efficiency last 13.8 minutes, so Susan is glad she finally changed topic: "Yeah?"
"He does not approve my actions."
Susan smiles: "It would be weird if he did. So, is he angry?"
"No. He is 'hurt'. However B'Elanna Torres is hurt AND angry."
"Yeah, I could tell. And Engineering blames Lt. Paris."
"I fail to understand why are humans - and half Klingons - so private when it comes to their body. All human bodies are imperfect, why are you ashamed about the official list of your past malfuncions?"
"Uh, I don't really know, Seven. I just don't want anyone to look at me and judge me based on my past."
"Everyone looks at me and judge me based on my past. I am Borg and I would be Borg even if my implants were not visible."
"I know. Sorry I don't know how to explain it to you."
"Humans simply should not be ashamed about their medical condition that they cannot influence. It is illogical."
Susan smiles softly: "Objection noted... So have you apologized to Lt. Paris?"
Seven is surprised: "No. I was not instructed to apologize. Would it be appropriate? "
"Of course! I thought you knew that. You have apologized to me in the past-"
"Because I require your presence in my life. I do not require Tom Paris and B'Elanna Torres."
Susan - playfully: "Really? And who will fix your alcove next time it rejects you?"
"You."
"If I'm not available?"
"You will always be available for me -"
"Oh, that's what you think?"
Seven - confused: "Am I mistaken?"
"You are mistaken if you think you don't need this crew. So go and apologize to them. And also to the captain. Ok?"
Seven - blinking twice while processing this request: "I will comply, Lieutenant."
Personal message to Chakotay
Thank you for such a wonderful evening last night, Chakotay. A quiet evening relaxing together was just what I needed.
I fell asleep on your lap and you carried me to bed. Do you have any idea how amazing that was? My insomnia has gotten worse and worse, but when I’m with you I can sleep. Anyway, have a wonderful day! I’ll just come to your quarters again tonight, if you don’t mind.
Oh, and we’ll have to talk about that hockey game. I’ve been hearing rumors about your hockey skills.

The 33
The movie is currently on TV and it reminded me of the argument I had with my cousin about it.
*sees Cote de Pablo on tv. (Note I was stressed with final week when he found this movie)
Me: She looks familiar where have I seen her from?
Tyler: shh.
Me: Pause it. She looks familiar I've seen her somewhere. It will come to me.
Tyler: No. look it up
Me: fine. (Continues to watch the movie)She looks familiar. She was on some show I watch.
Tyler: you watch a lot of shows.
Me: I don't watch that many, just... NCIS NCIS NCIS. SHE IS ZIVA. ZIVA DAVID.
Tyler: Who?
Me: She played Ziva David a Mossad officer turned federal agent. She left the show to peruse other options.
Tyler: who?
Me: never mind.
