This is dumb but this is something that's been rolling around in my mind. I feel like we shouldn't put so much faith in a particular artist/actor or any celebrity for that matter. Celebrities are problematic and ignorant but we always tend to romanticize them because "they made it big" or "are living our dreams" ... I'm not in no shape or form say that you should excuse them for their bs whatsoever. I think that we should learn from their mistakes and put faith in and "stan" ourselves. I'm not being disappointed by idols or famous people any longer TBH.

I think celebrities should honestly try their best to be more woke and stay aware. Just because you have the title of being "famous" doesn't mean you can just do whatever the fuck you want. And just as a sidenote saying you " keep up with the times" and "believe in feminism" doesn't make you actually woke. What they need to understand is that their actions hurt cultures and hurt the people that look up to them.
