week 32 media diary

watched some movies but letterboxd is down so i can't go back to check what i wrote </3 (yesterday i went to see the invite and i adored it 5/5 for me)

either way i saw the ateez vr movie in cinemas, it was really fun i loved the performances, i got a bit annoyed at the reviews saying it was short or a cash grab like this is how most vr movies are? it can't be too long cause you're meant to see it with that heavy thing on your head. do people not do research? it says the runtime everywhere. tbf i had seen the txt one before this so i knew exactly what to expect. i hope rv does one maybe i would love to see that.

VELVET SUMMER CAME OUT YAY, i absolutely adore the album, it's a perfect rv summer vibe and it's been the only thing besides that one day of ateez that i've had on repeat my current ranking is orchestra > surfin' boy > hawaii > hula hoop > hot girls cold vibe

week 31 media diary

i saw 6 movies this week lol i've been on a kick but im feeling really lazy so im going to summarize my feelings in one or two sentences

the odyssey - incredibly grand and beautiful, scale and feeling reminded me of lotr in the best way possible

spider-man brand new day - LOVED IT. tom's spidey molting and having to give into change was a very moving plot to me (special shout out to sadie can't wait to see her story)

obsession - this haunted me and made me think too much about death but genuinely frightening and incredible performances

challengers - my third watch and i was never bored, it's becoming one of my top favorite movies

leviticus - made me sad more than scared, also some incredible performances, moved by the chemistry between the leads

the devil all the time - intriguing, i loved the way the storylines blended together

also listening to kiss n tell by aespa, gene by uau and animal by katseye on repeat and preparing for velvet summer by listening to a lot of rv <3

week 30 media diary

so that gp lol i was having such a good time when it was looking like a papaya podium, since williams is doing ass (even more now with the astons improving) im mostly focused on lando these days but my little heart would've been so happy with osc on the top step too and then of all people it was fucking carlos impeding him like im shriveling up and trembling just writing this and then when osc had to quit the race i almost cried lol not a good time for me personally

i should be happier, im not, just gonna focus on rv (been listening to the summer ep all week to prep for velvet summer)

spa race!

i was not into this one, couldn't focus, not having a great time carlando just having a shit run is ruining my weekend also poor george omfg what curse did they put on that man can it stop now happy for charles though that was the silver lining and i had fun making some gifs for my ships

watched shanspeare's new video on tswift, pure banger, have the larry one queued next

listening to twice a lot!

trying to gather my thoughts on the silverstone gp and kind of drawing a blank SOOOOO happy for charles it was amazing watching him win but i was kind of depressed during most of the race as kimi was catching up before his problems lol

austria gp! carlos dnf'd and i was heartbroken by williams' pace and luck overall but i really have started rooting for george and i hope for his wdc win this year when they compared george to lando on the commentary and talked about a possible comeback i came alive lol

ateez comeback!!!!! my ranking of the album bad > toxin > mamacita > fallin > body even though bad is not at all what i normally enjoy (little amount of vocals and single word chorus) it rly caught me and i'm loving it so far taking things less seriously and just having fun has helped me a lot this year

also loving lemon tang by hearts2heart, the new stayc track 2love and sun has set by beabadobee! it reminded me of the vibe of brand new eyes which is an album that shaped me as a teen
