life & school updates

I have been inactive recently because I haven’t been super motivated by school recently. I have just been going through the motions but here are some updates 

I went to a lunch with a delegation from the Prime Minister of Japan’s office on Tuesday!! I got to talk about some of my research interests

I have an events contract with TED (as in TED talk) in April 

I’m applying to like 10 jobs right now in events management and research. It is really time consuming and tiring to write cover letters. 

I have a few papers and assignments coming up soon so I gotta get back into the groove.

Y'all, my fiance is gonna be here in a month. I'm still working things out at my job, but everything else is nailed down. One month.

It's only for ~a week, but it's been 4 years. This is big and I can't stop thinking about it.

My anxiety is huge because of my job, but I know my team lead will help me out. They always do.

One month... :)
