Person B is someone who gets happy thinking about death, murder, and mayhem though, and has found this app still allows them to charge their technology.

Person A keeps wishing for a way to fix their personality traits they dislike, and one day sees an ad for a way to download new personality traits, and decides to buy some. But as time passes, Person A gets obsessed with perfecting themself, along with most people in their society. Employers giving personality upgrades to their employees, parents getting personality additions for their kids, etc. Person B, a friend of Person A, refuses to give into the “stupid fad”, and one day the system crashes, and everyone loses their added personality traits. Person B tries to help Person A come to terms with their true self and real personality: virtues and flaws.
