OMG OK LIFE UPDATE (its not important lol)

OK so as you may know I have this one fucking sticky note on my wall that says "You will be ok. Everything will be ok." I wrote this when I had my nervous breakdown and looking at it every day brings me back to the moment of what I felt then, and how I feel now. (Basically its like a self therapy thing and really helpful, and if you follow me on my fan insta, I post it all the time lol)

ANYWAY the other day at my work workshop (what a string of words!) We did an exercise where we took sticky notes and wrote things to other colleagues in the room that we are grateful/thankful for about that person and then stuck them on their backs to read.

I got 10. And they were all so beautiful. I nearly cried lol (I didn't).

BUT I just realised I have more lovely things to put on the wall now to make me feel wonderful and wanted and amazing, as I should!

God I am just really so lucky. I wish I didn't put myself down in my head so much to realise I'm not!!!!
