This is “Pescaito”, that’s how the people who work at the port call it. Someone gave it as a gift to a person that abandoned it 3 weeks later, because it was a grown old, restless, stressed dog and, why not, because it was ugly. 

“Pescaito” manages fine its life on the streets. Sometimes it lays on the street looking at the cars…waiting for his owner to get off one of them.
