Petco is horrible. Animal neglect under readmore
Petco has live animals in the checkout line at my local store. Small red and black Tarantulas, pac man frogs and jumping spiders. All colorful animals that likely are meant to catch the eye of children who will then badger their tired parents into purchasing while doing no research thus leading to the slow and agonizing death of the helpless pet. Sure they have a half hearted print out advising shoppers to not forget to buy them a larger home but like come on dude. I'm literally never shopping there again. I seriously considered buying one simply to save it from the next idiot who may or may not research enough into their basic needs to provide a good home but that would mean giving the company money thus incentivizing them to keep selling animals like this. How do we destroy this business model?
