Can anyone please tell me if there's a vet in South Philly that will be very cheap.. I don't have a penny but perhaps sometime I know can lend it to me till I get paid.. if I know if a vet that I can go to that won't break me from pay back them I can ask.. my poor lilli is having seizures.. she never had them b4.. then when I got cancer she started having them.. she's hurting herself bc she runs n bands her head.. I feel them coming on so I grab her n hold her in a blanket... I need help n I'm coming up short only bc I'm broke.. there's gotta be someone that can help her...
