My inspiration comes from Peter F. Drucker (1909-2005), the Austrian professor, writer and administrative consultant, considered to be the father of modern administration, a recognized thinker of the phenomenon of the effects of globalization on the economy in general and organizations in particular.

Often people and teams lose focus and wish to exceed expectations without having completed the traditional rice-and-beans, investing time and financial resources in what is not a priority and / or urgent.

In fact, when we talk about #Agility, we talk about #Priority, delivery and maximization of value, which obviously involves looking for more efficient ways to carry out a certain activity, project, product or service.

Unfortunately some people and teams still hide behind the effort and not in front of the result ;(

It is precisely here that the AGILE CULTURE (OF AGILITY) appears of transparency and improvement of productivity (of what matters, of course).
