well first you gotta think of what animal fits you , it can be anything you relate to ( traits , gestures , etc ) / see yourself being ! look into how that animal copes as well , wha traits , wha emotions / things dat make you feel lik said animal n how dat relates 2 you n what you're coping wif !!
fur mi ive always been called a pup so dats what m regression has become . i tend 2 stay in one place when im sad n wait fur ppl 2 come back evn if they wont . i like running around n being pet on my head / havin m hair played wif , ive gotten use 2 gettin sweets when m good :3 i like some small spaces n curling up when i sleep !
i personally regress when im feeling sad and hapi : negative emotions lik loneliness , fear n sadness n positive ones lik hapiness , excitement n lovey dovey tend 2 make mi feel puppyish !
it can b easier fur some rather than others because a lot of people ( mself included wif puppy n alien ) dont feel " human " or as an other , if dats also u then dat can also help when creatin ur regression n gettin comfy wif it n copin wif identity ! buh ofc evryone is different n dis is jus an example :3c
