I just realised it today while playing ME3 Omega DLC, Petrovsky tried to guilt trip shepard into not overloading the reactor saying thousands of people will perish by doing so while his own occupation of Omega resulted in a bloodbath. They enforced cerebrus equivalent of martial law, had force fields to contain civilians even experimented on them to create adjutants and most were killed on first sign of resistance.

That's cerebrus for you. Never taking responsibility for their shitty actions but expecting you to have a moral compass. 😒

I didn't give into his guilt tripping and did the renegade action the first time around. Not only because I enjoy being renegade but because I don't want him to give the satisfaction of thinking that he manipulated shepard.
