Pandora Hearts & Vanitas no Carte shrine ⛩️
I'm done fixing the shrine for now! There's so much more I wish to put there or share, but the space is limited for now. Can't wait to live on my own to have a proper museum ✨️
Pandora Hearts pop up store at Square Enix, and Yahoo Auctions, haul!!! (And why you should use White Rabbit Express to buy from Japan!)
First of all, I have no idea if or when the pop up store is disappearing, but it might be the end of January, so if you want any of these or other things from it HURRY
Here is the link to the store:
https://store.jp.square-enix.com/sp/comic_camp/index.html
(I’m going to put working links to everything in a reblog of this post since tumblr’s weird about links)
I don’t know if everyone knows, but a pop up store for Black Butler, Pandora Hearts, and Vanitas no Carte opened up in the middle of November!
I wanted to share with you all the items I got! And give you a little guide if you want to buy anything!
I was really excited when @doodlesrune told me about it (thanks, friend!!) because I can never find any PH merch! I knew right away, that’s where allll my money was going XD
So a few of these are actually from yahoo auctions. The turquoise Break, Gil, and Oz picture, the Jack picture, and the two PH stands/keychains are from Yahoo auctions.
I went on yahoo auctions because the acrylic stands/keychains for PH at Square Enix were a random draw, with no way to guarantee you’ll get the specific ones you want, or all of them (this is also true of the PH bottle cap things. It is not true of the VNC stands and bottle caps, as far as I know). So I went on yahoo auctions to find the ones I wanted the most, and got drawn into buying two more things...XD
Here’s the link to Yahoo Auctions:
https://auctions.yahoo.co.jp
Now the items are priced fairly reasonably, but this wasn’t cheap. I spent all my birthday and Christmas money on this stuff...(and it was worth it ;D)
From what I remember: the posters are about $15 dollars, the canvas pictures are about $35, the collaboration cafe calendar and sketchbook are about $15 dollars, and I think the Undertaker keychain was a little less than $10. The PH stands/keychains are around $10 each, I think, but, as I said, it’s random. The VNC ones are about $15. The yahoo auctions prices vary more and I don’t remember as well what they were, but I think the stands/keychains were on average $20?? (I saw more than just these two)The more popular ones are more highly priced than the others. The Break, Sharon, and Reim one I think was like $25 (and the only one I saw at the time), but the Rufus and Sheryl one was like $15. The Jack thing is like $10, and the Break, Gil, and Oz thing was like $50.
The only things on the Square Enix website that were super highly priced were the two framed posters (one for Black Butler, and one for the collaboration cafe). They were each a over $300 as far as I know (I have no idea why...). The next most expensive things were the Black Butler perfume thing (I think that’s what it said it was when I looked it up?? It doesn’t look like that though...) which was like $80, and the watch, which was like $60.
(Forgive me if I got any of these prices super wrong!)
My favorite things are everything probably the Break, Gil, and Oz picture, the golden afternoon poster with all of them, the Alice and Oz and Sharon and Break canvas prints (I love all the canvas ones, but the colors are the prettiest, and the poses are the cutest, on those two). I have also wanted those acrylic stands for a while and was really happy to get my favorite ones!!
I had to remove a few things in order to be able to get the extra stuff from yahoo auctions, and I’m sad I couldn’t get everything I wanted XD, but the only thing I really regret not buying is the final canvas print. It was also real cute, and not having a full set drives my ocd crazy.
I don’t regret buying any of it, but I’m a little disappointed the calendar is just black and white pictures from the mangas (I might color them in). I have seen pictures from the months of previous PH calendars before online, and they were all in color, and seemed to have been made specifically for the calendar. I never could find these calendars for sale (if you know where to buy any of the old ones let me know!), so I was really excited to find a calendar, and I’m still happy I have one, i was just disappointed that the months were all pictures I’d already seen, and it isn’t colorful...
And I’m just a tiny bit disappointed that the Undertaker keychain has no stand, (as that currently means it’s laying flat on my dresser, difficult for me to see and enjoy). I still love it though—it’s very cute.
FYI I think you should probably be able to find most of this stuff on yahoo auctions when the pop up store goes away, but I can’t guarantee anything.
I saw a couple of the canvas prints there already, and the Oz and Alice, and Oz and Gil ones (I think?) were cheaper than at square Enix (Like $15??) but the Break ones I saw for like $90...
I don’t know if most people know about this service already, but in case you don’t: USE WHITE RABBIT EXPRESS WHEN BUYING STUFF FROM JAPAN!!! ITS WONDERFUL!!
I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to buy any of this stuff because it’s in yen, I guessed they’d probably only accept yen, and uh....I don’t have yen.
White Rabbit Express is a proxy service. This means you can go through them to get things from Japan. You pay them the price of the item in yen in American dollars (when you get quote on the website it’ll calculate the price for you. All you have to do is put the links to the items in to get a quote) (I’m guessing you can still use them if you’re in other parts of the world?? But I live in America so I don’t know for sure) and they will be able to buy it for you in Japan, and send it to you where you live.
Yes you do have to pay a service fee—but considering the quality of the service, (and the fact that this is, you know, how they get paid), I wasn’t complaining. And yes, you have to pay for shipping. But I didn’t think it was outrageous for international shipping (and I paid for the quickest one) and I got it in the same amount of time as a normal package, and everything was safe and in tact.
I haven’t ordered a lot of things from Japan or China, but the last thing I ordered from China—while it was definitely the product I ordered—took months to arrive, and the package looked very beat up when it did.
The person who was handling my order at WRE was the one who informed me that the PH stands/keychains and bottle caps were a random draw. Which I really appreciated. They totally didn’t have to do that—I was the one who ordered it, and it would be my fault for not understanding what the product was. But they realized that since I probably don’t know Japanese, I wouldn’t be able to understand from the pictures (or google translate) that I wouldn’t be getting a full set, and they wanted to make sure I got what I wanted :D
I had to place a second order for the yahoo auctions stuff (which, if you have ever wanted to use yahoo auctions and couldn’t, WRE is how you do it) but they consolidated everything into one package when it arrived at their headquarters. (Also, yes, they will bid on things that don't have a buyout price for you—The Jack thing I ordered was like that).
The only weirdness about ordering from them was that they refunded me like $20 at one point. I still don’t know what that was about but my best guess is they had me pay them extra in case they needed more to win the Jack thing ^^ and won it for close to the current bid I saw, so they gave me back the extra money.
And getting money back is kind of the best “problem” to have, am I right? XD
They accept lots of different payment methods, and can buy from different stores(—apparently they’ll even go to physical stores and events in Japan for you??)
It’s a great service, that I highly recommend.

All in all, I’m super happy with all the stuff I got! If you have any questions about the things I got, or how to use WRE, don’t hesitate to ask!!
Once again, I have no idea if or when the pop up store is disappearing, but it might be the end of January, so if you want any of these or other things from it HURRY
Hi Lily, is there a way I can get all the bonus possible (hugging illustrations) with ordering the PH volume 23,24 and the artbook and the guidebook? I'm confused, where to order? I tried search at the animate jp but no results at all. Sorry for bothering you and thank you so much in advance.
Hello! :) And yep, here are two links for the Animate Online Store for the whole bunch:This one is Volumes 23 & 24, 24 + 1 Guidebook, and the second Jun Mochizuki Artbook. And this one is all of the above plus the Pandora Hearchu Hard Cover booklet. The Animate Online store does not ship outside of Japan though.
Limited Edition Pandora Hearchu Hard Cover Booklet with Volume 24 Purchase!
Up on the Golden Wonderland site, they’ve recently made a post about a hard cover Pandora Hearchu Hard Cover Booklet that you can get with Volume 24.
If you have already pre-ordered the normal edition, you can upgrade to this special edition. However, you cannot purchase the booklet alone. The special edition with Pandora Herchu booklet with the gorgeous hard cover is priced at 999 yen + tax. You can only purchase this at a local Animate or through the Animate Online Store. The contents of the Pandora Hearchu booklet is: - A compilation of all of the Pandora Hearchu that have come out accompanied by comments from Mochizuki-sensei. - A Pandora Hearchu that you can only read in the booklet (aka it was made specifically for the booklet), (an) illustration cut(s), and the like are planned to appear in the booklet.
[Note: I have no idea what an illustration cut is. I tried looking it up, but I got nothing really. Though, it seems like it means like a collection of pictures or something.]
- And a gorgeously detailed hard cover!
There is a limited number! So if you want it, you need to pre-order it right away, either at a local Animate or via the online Animate Store. The online Animate store doesn’t ship overseas, I believe. Instead of trying to upgrade my purchase, I just went and pre-ordered this. It was the easiest way to go about it (since I purchased my Volume 24 at the Osaka Animate, which is quite far away). It’ll be interesting to see what the booklet only contents will be! It will go on sale June 27th. Just like all the other volumes and supplementary books. :)
Sorry if someone asked you this before, you know when the volume 23 and 24 are going to be released? I think it's going to be in June but i'm not sure :(
They are being released June 27th. The third and final guidebook (24 + 1 Last Dance) and the second Jun Mochizuki art book (There is.) also get released on June 27th as well. :)
Hello Lily! Do you know a site in English language where I can preorder the 2nd Pandora Hearts' artbook? CDJapan seems to not sell it yet >//< Thank you!
No, I don’t. I just know that you can try pre-ordering from Amazon Japan, the Animate Online Store, and the Square Enix E-Store.Amazon Japan may cause issues (for example, it may be fine to pre-order but when it comes time for delivery or something you may get a message from them saying they cannot deliver the items overseas - I’ve had that happen before when I was back in the America) the shipping can also be a bit pricey. The Animate Online Store probably doesn’t allow for overseas orders, but I only ordered from there once since being in Japan, so I don’t really know. And I have no idea about the Square Enix E-Store and whether it will allow for overseas orders. Still, it is always worth giving them all a try and seeing what will or won’t work.Your best bets would be to try Amazon Japan and the Square Enix E-Store though. And still keep an eye on sites like CD Japan in the meantime. Of course, if anyone has any experience with pre-ordering these items from overseas, feel free to comment! :D
...Okay I know this might be impossible but do you guys know if I can still buy the Pandora Hearts Orgel and Accessory thing anywhere? I wanted to pre-order it months ago but I didn't know there were sites that could actually send stuff overseas. :/ (I only knew that the Orgel was available in the animate site but not anywhere else.)
