The game sadly gave us so little of them but i can make it work I sense a good trope here. Phaesus probably wonders how this guy was ever a thief before.

Guys, can you actually find Phaesus in the map and interact with him outside of his quests / give him gifts etc? Same with Darragh/The False Sovran?
I’ve looked around Battahl but never found him, not even in his lab. Or is that only an option in the SPOILERS unmoored world
