We all know Mydei's curse. He is immortal, yes, but him being immortal is only because he resists to death itself. So he actually dies, but he fights back against death. He is not immune to that temptation, he is just that strong that he can dig himself up from the death itself.

I always think that Mydei actually got no weak spot, because that would be weird since like i said, his body is not in work him being immortal, its his mind and strength.

So when i think that, when Flame Reaver aka Phainon killed him, he just couldve do the same thing, fight back to death again and dig himself up. But he didnt, he couldnt. His mental state and emotions are as important as his strenght for him to come back to life. We can hear that, when he got stabbed he says "Why?" with almost his last breath.

He knows who killed him was Phainon, he always knew in every cycle. He is the only one who knows about Flame Reavers identity back then, because Phainon's the only one who he told about his weak spot.

After that, he just couldnt fight back, he chose to not fight back against death.

in this, the scenes were the other Chrysos Heirs last moments, so its probably Mydei's too. Which he clearly is crying.

Dying to black tide was cruel and horrible for every Chrysos Heirs, but for Mydei; maybe he also felt betrayed.

The idea of why Mydei calls Phainon only deliverer is because Mydei got Kremnoan accent and cant spell Phainon correctly and he doesnt want to get mocked by Phainon so he just sticks with deliverer... okay nevermind.

i am absolutely sure that at one point Phainon made some corny ass flirting like

"Hey MY.... Deimos... get it?!... like- my as in- mine and like... youre like... mine and.. yknow..."

While Mydei stares at him with silence considering his life choices

I think Mydei would be clumsy. Not because he is silly or anything, but because he was used to being immortal and his fast healing body.

When he was still the Undying Mydeimos, he wouldnt mind a little scratch or a bruise, they would dissappear in a hour or so. But after the end of Strife, he realized how bad his actual situation is.

It started as a chimera scratch. When he came back to his house, where he share with his sweet boyfriend, he didnt realize how his hand was bleeding till Phainon pointed at it with panic.

It was red, too.

Phainon quickly grabbed his hand, and went to their bathroom to disinfect the scratch. Dont get me wrong, he was used to being in pain, that was not the case. The problem was, it was taking so long to heal.

So long that Mydei couldnt help but to play with its scab whenever he is bored, it was a new experience for him.

It continued with him hitting his, mostly legs, and arms to the chairs, table edges and door handles. For him, he was acting like nothing changed, but his body was clearly saying otherwise.

Phainon had to scold him for being too reckless about himself and kept reminding him that he is now like a normal human, just like everyone else.

(this "bruises takes too long to heal" can interpenent as something else too but im not gonna say it for now 😵‍💫)

"Phainon is always following Mydei! He always wants to be near him and follows Mydei around" Well what if Mydei is the ONE whos always magically in Phainon's way?...

Now that 3.7 ended, i think we should all agree that Mydei is also a hardcore yearner, and maybe we can add a little obsessiveness to it too.

The way he looks at Kephale statue in the cycle where there was no Phainon, but he kept his stare to there only for us to find out Khaslana was waiting in the statue, him keep saying that he knows like REALLY knows -almost implies that he is the only one that truly knows him- Phainon and the way he talks.... i dont think i need to say anything more. The way he says he would still entrust him to his weak spot even after being stabbed by him for countless cycles. The library keys? Dont even get me started on that. Oh and, yes we all know that how pervert Phainon is in the lore.. constantly talking about Mydei's body to his face, but theres no single line of Mydei saying anything negative to Phainon about the way he talks ... freak4freak forever i guess
