There's this song called Fair by the amazing devil, that's kind of supposed to be this unusual take on a love song where they emphasise the importance of the "mundane" stuff and choosing each other and. Goddamn. (obligatory to mention this is about a man and a woman but other than that...) I recommend listening because is it a lovely song but I will leave...some lyrics:

but this is lovely. very them. the line "I've seen enough / I know exactly what I want / and it's this life that we've created" immediately made me think of dan, post-wad era (and pre-dapg comeback) :')
