Some various chao doodles! I’m sure I have more, but I’ve not got the best tagging system on this laptop blechh. All except the apple chao are actual sonic adventure 2 DX chao from an actual save file! Azolla is some kind of swim chao with otter whiskers, Eggdrop is a chao made using a randomiser mod that selects traits, stats and textures: They ended up looking like some sort of weird plant, but I just can’t help but be charmed that they rolled with the chao egg texture. The dark jewel chaos medal chao (that’s too many modifiers lmao) I’ve exaggerated here to make them look more like a phantom ruby influenced chao! Finally the ‘apple’ chao is a reference to a story arc in Sonic The Comic Online where the characters illustrate the adaptive nature of chao by exposing one to apples until they start to copy traits! It’d be funny to mod an apple chao tbh, I think they’re cute.<3
