An Abyss may appear empty, though perhaps you don't have the type of eyes to truly see what lays beyond the darkness? What could be beyond the void?

The area the Jesters live in commonly goes by the nickname of "Abyss City", it's part of the outer areas of the Zone.
The Outer Ghost Zone is further from where ghosts naturally tend to mingle, young and weak ghosts rarely go there willingly and those to form there are considered very unfortunate. These are usually the places where larger ghosts or those who wish to live in solitude would go, many are horribly territorial. Dragons and similar old beings are more likely to be found the farther out you go...
However Abyss City is a bit of an anomaly. There is no light which is unusual because usually Ectoplasm glows and all parts of the Zone IS Ectoplasm, it looks like an endless expansion of darkness and hopelessness... yet object-wise it really IS a city, a nearly impossible one to navigate or see however. Some ghosts MIGHT rarely be able to see silvery outlines of some of the buildings if they look closely, not that most would stay there long if they can help it... then there was Minno who formed there. He doesn't see it as complete darkness, and when Minny came along he also moved around just fine...
Considering their nature, this implies that perhaps this city was home to the ghosts of seers or those who had... a different-ness to them in life. But now the city lays empty and abandoned. Minno and Minny constantly confirm that they are the only two there, they've never ran into another ghost (unless the person was lost) while there.
Where could an entire city of ghosts like that have gone?

Minno Aurora: ex-villain, Court Jester, Fire-Core Ghost.
He has a dark sense of humor and unlike his brother... being a Ghost does not give him an existential crisis every time he brings up where he's from.
Minno had actually always wanted to be a parent, so making the king (whom IS younger than him) laugh kinda makes him feel better about that.
When he's not playing Jester he's kinda a Fortune Teller though sometimes it's him reading people and other times it's his brother hiding behind a curtain and straight up telling him stuff.
Does his business look shady as heck? Yes, and he likes it that way.
"Honey, I wasn't JUST a villain, I was a SUPER villain. Old habits die hard, unlike people, so I need something to occupy myself when I'm not working for all you good and pure souls."

The Court Jesters
They are technically the same guy but from opposing timelines but they died at different times and have known each other for a long time.
They consider themselves brothers, Minno being the older. People mistake them for twins but Minny is quick to correct: "Nope, Minno's the older brother!"
Minno has a side job as a Fortune Teller though Minny is the actual Seer.
Both young men take pride in making the king laugh, goodness knows the younger man needs to smile some more.
They both have Fire Cores (ironic since in life they were quite weak to fire and used to have a gills mutation).
In life Minno takes pride that he was not only a villain but a Super Villain (though he has no plans on returning to that career). In contrast Minny was happily in the Hero Support career.
(Minno actually rarely wears an eye patch as he finds it funny how much his eye freaks people out)

Minny worked for a Pro Hero called Blue Phoenix, the two had met in school actually and had been friends since then.
Since Minny made most if not all of Phoenix's support items he was present for most of the hero's training, practice, etc.
Phoenix as the name suggests had a mostly fire-based Quirk.
That coupled with Minny's Quirk: Fortune Fish (focus placed on Fortune because as nice as gills were they weren't the helpful part) the two had actually come up with a fair amount of good hero moves and strategies, and figured out what wouldn't exhaust Blue as quickly.
As a Ghost with a Fire Core, Minny often tries to mimic Blue's movements and behaviors when using his ghostly abilities. Which both gives him a dramatic flair... and at least somewhat helped him figure out what he was doing when he was newly manifested in the Ghost Zone. It also kinda helps him not completely forget people while "living" in denial.
(Side note: I think Minny's obsession is to befriend and help people but I'm still sorting the details with that.)

"No I didn't know! The only DATING advice you ever gave me was to stay away from the woman you married in your timeline because she was a "ticking time bomb wrapped in shiny ribbons". How was I SUPPOSED TO KNOW?! Also I was always so buried in my work the last thing on my mind was meeting people..." - Minny
"Ooooohh, man I failed you as both your brother and an alternate version of you..." - Minno
"*gasp* fellow disasters!" - E, happily learning new info about his friends

Minno (Fire Core Ghost) and his boy Than (Ice Core Ghost)
Finally someone in the family that at least got OLD before something happened, but Than was stubborn and I'd have been more surprised if he DIDN'T become a Ghost.
Now they can be shady and cynical together :D
