I had an exam today in pharmacokinetics/genomics and I’m not sure if I passed. Like, it wasn’t as bad as the previous exam that literally had me in tears afterwards, but I felt really unsure about my calculations and other answers.

Pharmacy Math Questions!
I was just wondering if anyone could be so kind and help explain these problems to me. And what to look for when I come across questions similar to this.
1) A pharmacist received a prescription calling for 30 capsules, each containing 1/200 gr of nitroglycerin. How many 0.4 mg nitroglycerin tablets would supply the amount required?
2) An antianemia tablet contains 300 mg of ferrous sulfate, which is equivalent to 60 mg of elemental iron. How many grains each of ferrous sulfate and elemental iron will the patient receive from one tablet?
