Abilities: Convection: Warms up other Buddies when it gets too cold. Crystalize: Causes nearby stone to shine and glimmer like gemstones. Works well in deep, dark caves.

Bio: Warmth and light is what this star-loving Buddy is all about! It collects stardust in its fur, which helps it stay shining at all times. The glass orb it keeps is filled with cosmic light that stretches out in all directions, call Buddies to a safe space no matter where they are.

What is that bright light shining in the distance? It feels like... home. Is it a star? It seems to be moving! Let's get closer!

Gender Buddy: Genderselkie (129/180)

Level: 4 Element: Storm/Shadow FRND: 50 PWR: 260

Abilities: Thick Fog: Where did everyone go?? Shade Shift: In the cover of darkness, this Buddy changes its shape to make it look like something else entirely.

Bio: This Buddy has shapeshifting powers that help it "switch out" different body parts whenever it needs to. This means that when it wants to fly, it can fly, and if it wants to swim, it can swim. It prefers to spend its time in the water, lurking deep below the ocean's surface, but you may also find it running through nearby fields. The only thing it can't do is change its own element, which is something few Buddies can actually do.

Gender Buddy: Gendersatyr (128/180)

Level: 4 Element: Earth/Air FRND: 53 PWR: 251

Abilities: Tremor: A stomp or a slam that shakes the ground fiercely to get someone's attention. Resonant Note: A song that carries itself far away on the wind.

Bio: When you hear a calm, flute-like song on the wind, it's likely this Buddy approaching. The holes in its hollow horns can produce music when the breeze passes through them, which supposedly calms any being that can hear it. While it may look huge and imposing, it does its best to step lightly and to be as gentle as possible.

Gender Buddy: Magigirl (127/180)

Level: 3 Element: Light FRND: 67 PWR: 181

Abilities: Roll: A faster way to get to where it needs to go, but be careful! Refract: Absorbs rainbow light that sparkles impressively.

Bio: This Buddy spends its time creating art using lots of bright colors and abstract shapes. It tends to hang out with Magiboy, the two of them sharing their paints with whoever wants to paint something fun. They may even paint on you if you ask! Magigirl makes its way from place to place by rolling carefully, preferring to stay away from cliffs and rough terrain when possible.

Gender Buddy: Magiboy (126/180)

Level: 3 Element: Light FRND: 66 PWR: 182

Abilities: Roll: A faster way to get to where it needs to go, but be careful! Glowing Aura: A mysterious aura surrounds the Buddy, calming anyone who can sense it.

Bio: This is one of the most artistic Buddies around, using its big paintbrush to paint all over its own body. If you ask, it might even paint on you! It hangs out with Magigirl for most of the day, the two of them creating fun and colorful works of art. Magiboy can bring you luck if you hang out with it for long enough, but you may have to catch it first - it rolls fast!

Gender Buddy: Genderfuck (125/180)

Level: 2 Element: Ice FRND: 75 PWR: 149

Abilities: Bark: This is a sound that means "I'm a little overstimulated right now!" Coldwater Blast: Get ready for a rude and cold awakening!

Bio: The best way for this Buddy to get around is to slide around on the snow and ice, zooming past at high and impressive speeds. It prefers to stay solitary and if you mess with it too much, it might hit you with a blast of cold water. Supposedly, it enjoys spending time with “outcast” Buddies, but no one has figured out which ones yet!

Gender Buddy: Deminonbinary (124/120)

Level: 2 Element: Earth FRND: 73 PWR: 130

Abilities: Puff Up: A fun way to look bigger. Muddy Puddle: It's just a muddy puddle. Watch your step!

Bio: This Buddy loves to play around in mud puddles and use them to keep cool and moist on hot days. It can puff up its purple cheeks and let out a croak loud enough to many Buddies around it to hear. When this happens, this means it’s looking for some companions to hang out with it for the day. At night, it partially buries itself in some dirt or mud to go to sleep.
