Okay this vegan thing is not working lol. Let’s reassess reasons as to why I started this journey in the first place. Join the movement for the humane treatment of animals, ✔️; be knowledgeable of what I actually consume,✔️; learn about how to reduce my burden on the planet and contribute to a sustainable environment,✔️; seem cool 👀, ✔️; feel healthier, ✔️; lose weight ❌. WTF‼️⁉️
Okay, actually i haven’t gained weight since my last drop, and I feel lighter, healthier and more energetic than I have been in a while, but I must confess that being vegan has given me wings to eat as much of the delicious vegan meals without feeling guilty. Lol. At the rate at which I am going, I could not maintain this weight being non vegan lol. And let’s not talk about my increased alcohol intake 🙈 -#shameful.
Thankfully, spring has sprung upon us and I have resumed playing soccer twice weekly as well as my outdoorsy activities. I hope biking, tennis, soccer and running can turn this figure 0⃣ into a figure 8⃣.
Or else, I’ll have to change this blog name to PHAT-VEGAN 💅
