Think I've found my sweet spot
After a several hours of testing over a few days I've come to the conclusion that 3.9Ghz is probably the highest my Phenom II X4 965 BE will hit, pushing 1.475V at it and stock FSB clock(200mhz) and regardless of settings I cannot seem to get 4.0Ghz stable, taking a guess that my VRM on this cheaper Mobo(biostar ta970) is limiting my ability to go for 4.0-4.1Ghz(4+1 Phase VRM) So I'll just be satisfied I got 500mhz more.
Temps still decent usually peaking at 52C~ even while running MC, MC Server, OBS for twitch steaming, as well as steam chrome skype and such.
Now to debate if I should get a Intel core i7 5820k or Amd FX-8350 for when I want more power.(Of course I'll OC those as much as I can)
