8. Precision and Attention
“This is a Kinetics Noise Control "IsoMax clip". It is used to support one section of the outer ceiling frame from another. Note the rubber mounting gasket which prevents vibration and noise transfer from metal to metal. At over $6.00 a piece, they are an expensive for a hidden part, yet they are a vital component to our very precise and detailed acoustical construction.”
-Keith E. Pyontek, CEO at Re|Structure Design-Build, LLC
"Everyone involved is so detail oriented on this project. It was the first time I was ever on a project where, if anything deviated from plans, a giant meeting had to take place, and it happened numerous times. If one little screw was moved an inch, there was a giant meeting with everyone who was managing their own practices to verify that a one inch relocation of that screw was okay."
-Phil Fuller, Chief Audio Engineer at Technicolor PostWorks
