Madman's a weird character. I don't know how to feel about him. Phil Sterns being the Leader's brother makes sense, but he also has a super smart alter ego personality that's evil, jealous of Bruce and builds a machine to harness Gamma radiation for himself. Outside of the fact he can transform into a huge red monster, Madman comes off as derivative. I don't buy him as a guy the Leader is afraid of (assuming he's telling the truth),
Bruce leaving him to die like that is stone cold, though.
