Across the past, present and future this world and it's history are eternally guarded by the Fool.
He is the compassionate one, reigning supreme over the Spirit World. He is the benevolent one, witnessing and treasuring all that was forgotten and all that is untold. He is the Symbol of Change and wielder of good fortune. A beacon for all in the pursuit of eternity.
Bestowing grace upon all children of humanity, he allows them to address him as "him" instead of "Him".
Far above the Physical World and the Spirit World, the Fool resides in the ancient palace of history. Kneeling before his great throne are the eleven Angels and Subsidiary Gods.
First come his representatives and envoys. "They" are the messengers of his word and the executors of his will. "They" are his proxies and most loyal servants.
"He" who has walked besides the Fool since times lost to history is known as the Angel of Miracles. Leading those carrying the blessing of the Lord and dutifully bringing miracles to every land with a joyful smile. "He" is the Lord's miracle.
"She" who has long awaited the return of the Lord is known as the Angel of the Holy Spirit. As the Fool's representative in the Spirit World, "She" reigns over all the spirits. Through the teachings of Temperance "She" leads the ones who have lost their way back into the graces of the Lord. "She" is the Lord's guidance.
Then come the angelic siblings shrouded in the shadow of history. "They" have observed this world alongside the Lord since ancient times.
The sister who hides that which cannot be comprehended is known as the Angel of Concealment. "She" is the keeper of the hidden and jailer of horrors. The brother who calls upon the unfathomable is known as the Angel of Memories. "He" is the keeper of the forgotten and the recorder of the present. Guarding and attending to the secrets of all, "They" are the Lord's hope.
And then come the angels that grant humanity gifts in the name of the Lord.
"He" who is the angel most cherished by the Lord is known as the Angel of Mercury. Once "He" was saved by the Fool's miracle, now he stands at the banks of the River of Fate and observes the ripples as it flows through the hands of our Lord. "He" is the Lord's blessing.
"He" who has experienced the joys and sorrows of life by the grace of the Lord is known as the Angel of Death. Once the consul of the Underworld had been as indifferent to the struggles of humanity as Death itself was. But now "He" gently embraces the souls of the dead as they leave for their final resting place. "He" is the Lord's kindness.
"He" who strikes the bell of Heaven is known as the Angel of Time. Noble is the angel of old that archives the past and guides those seeking to uncover the hidden truths of times long gone. "He" is the Lord's benevolence.
"She" who is the daughter of the Fool's friend, the Undying Emperor, is known as the Angel of Knowledge. Lighting the way for all who seek to uncover the mysteries of the world, "She" is the spirit that endlessly pursues knowledge. "She" is the Lord's enlightenment.
"He" who guarded the world just as the Lord does is known as the Angel of Gateways. Determined and dauntless is "He" who is the key to all world and sealed that which dared to covet this world. "He" is the Lord's protection.
"He" who sounds the Lord's bugle is known as the Angel of Redemption. Protecting all impoverished children, "He" delivers justice and redeems all sinners. Do not fear the one that once took the form of Gehrman Sparrow for "He" is the Lord's mercy.
Lastly comes "SHE" who reigns over the Rorsted Archipelago.
Once taking the form of a Serpent "SHE" is now known as the Noble Sea Goddess. Though once splintered and lost, "SHE" has once again reclaimed "HER" glory. Honouring the promise to "HER" dear friend the Mistress of Calamity now serves the Lord.

Tarot Club is excluded and I'm only talking about those that are also mentioned in the fool's bible as angels cause I'm not wracking my brain over what 30 different characters think about my silly little magic man

Knows Merlin the best but doesn't realise that
Also knows him the longest
Acts annoyed whenever Merlin pops up but appreciates it bcs the alternative means he's crashing out again
Sends him letters semi regularly to check in on how he's doing
First time they met Will couldn't tell if it was a stroke of good or bad luck because of the absolutely insanity that was going down
Would push Merlin down a cliff
Reinette
Very cautious of Merlin when they first met cause he was unstable
Has relaxed since then especially after that one time Merlin pulled up and was like "Oh hey just remembered that I was low key crashing out when we met, here is this body part of yours I found hope I didn't scare you too much my little junior"

Thinks he's overworked
Thought for a long time that Merlin needs friends that aren't related to work but then she found out about his weird 'friendship' with Ouroboros and Medic. After that she was of the opinion that maybe it was better that most of his friends are related to work

Mixed feelings about the fact that Merlin is close with Arianna and the Church of the Evernight
grateful to Merlin for somehow keeping it together enough to make it clear that the survivors of the Nation of the Evernight and Antigonus family as well as Antigonus and her were under the protection of the fool (he held it together for like 3 minutes and then had The Crashout)
once dragged merlin to a pub to get very very drunk because she was starting to crash out and thought that merlin would like it too (he did appreciate it)

Scared shitless of Merlin
First time he met Merlin was in the war of the four emperors and Pallez did not have a nice time
When he parasitises Leonard it's to hide from both Amon and Merlin but mostly Amon because Merlin is just harassing him
Thinks that Merlin is insane and only somewhat better than Amon (Merlin is very insulted by that because he is leagues better than Amon)
Was more partial to joining Evernight rather than the Fool until Merlin came around the corner and was like "lmao just join us. If you join Evernight she'll just send you to us anyway"

Was convinced for a very long time that Merlin is following the Fool because the fool is gone so he can have free reign
In her head Merlin is a lot like how Amon is - someone who does things for entertainment and the shits and giggles
liked Merlin when she was tiny because he would always do magical tricks to impress her
thought that he was one of Roselle's many strange friends when she was older
Thought that Merlin was the one that could decode Roselle's notebook and was very disappointed when he explained that he only knew how to speak that language

May or may not have had a 1v2 during the Pale era with Arianna and Merlin the details are blurry to all parties involved (or was it a 2v2 with Katarina Pelle also involved? No one knows)

Merlin in retaliation referred to her as Mingrui's bitchy cousin (Zmr was not very clear when he explained who exactly Cohinem was so Merlin had assumed that Cohinem was some random long lost relative)
Refused to contact him and the fool's cult for a long time because of how she felt about zmr's choice to become the Lord of Mysteries
Prickly bitch to Merlin's dramatic asshole
Hates the way that Merlin dresses but has gotten so used to it that she doesn't comment on it anymore
