Most people are saying just hit the ignore button and block them since you won’t be clicking on the virus blog itself. I did it earlier and it seemed to be okay.

While that last one was very colorful and I'm sure that many a tumblr user would like to do that to whoever made these viruses, at this time I can only block them so that's what I did. Thank you all for the advice! Hopefully we'll all get through this crisis unscathed.
