Quick Review on: Beer
Innis & Gunn Rum Finish:
The smell was like a light lager, or light beer. However it sits as a medium red, tastes like a light beer combined with fruity delights of sweet wine. Not only does it nail all those things, it follows up with an oak finish and a touch of all the greatest parts of an alcoholic beverage. This is a great beer for someone looking to move on from some of their heavier lagers.
Phillips Longboat Chocolate Porter:
Smell of chocolate roses, combined with bubbles. Has a distinct feeling and taste of a lighter medium bodied beer. Sit's a little heavy but then warms out to the taste of 50/50 milk chocolate and dark chocolate. This is almost a wetter version of chocolate milk. With the added bonus, alcohol. If hot chocolate had a cold chocolate version it would be this.
