honestly the most iconic speedrunner + the most iconic hardcore player (hardcorist, hardcorer? idk what to call them) is just something i don’t imagine being possible ahdjkshajksha the fact that playing hardcore and speedrunning are complete opposite things (the goal being having the longest time/having the shortest time, literally the whole playstyle, actually) just makes this so much more surreal
