Philly fudge (chocolate)
1 3-oz pkg Philly cheese
2 c sift. con. sugar
2 1-oz square unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Dash salt
1/2 c chopped pecans
Place cheese in bowl and cream until soft and smooth. Slowly blend sugar into it. Add melted chocolate. Mix well. Add vanilla, salt and chopped pecans and mix well until blended. Press into a well greased shallow pan. Put in refrigerator until firm and cut into squares. For a slightly softer fudge blend in 1 teaspoon of cream.
