It appears as if the Made in America music fest is actually staying in Philadelphia after all. As Page Six reported last week, the Philadelphia mayor wanted to evict Jay-Z music fest “amid” the Meek Mill’s drama and whatever else they could find, I suppose. Huh? What?! Whatever, right?
