Though there is no occurrence of websites being blocked in the Philippines, the country’s internet speed is the slowest in Southeasst Asia so our internet here is still seemingly “backwards” despite our government not blocking any websites (as far as we know it). Even Southeast Asian countries that are known to block a good number of websites still have faster a internet speed than we do.
