There comes a time in every small business owner's life where they question the future of their business. For the last three and a half years, Philly Loves Lacquer has been my baby, and my everything. I've made some great, long-lasting friends in the industry, and I have some wonderful customers. However, I must move on to bigger and better things. The decision to close Philly Loves Lacquer was an extremely hard one to make, and it wasn't made lightly. When I turned 30 back in May, I started thinking long and hard about where I wanted to see PhLL go from there, however, I couldn't really see it being sustainable any longer. Don't get me wrong, I love making nail polish. I love creating things and seeing others wear it with glee. But truthfully, I've started to burn out. So I decided that, instead of letting myself burn out completely, I would back away now while I still had the energy to. I have other projects I'm working on, and I want to devote all of my remaining energy to those. That being said, Philly Loves Lacquer will be closing when my inventory is gone. With the exception of the Magic 8 Box (which is still available until Sunday), the entire shop is 50% off, including mystery boxes. If you've not purchased before, or you need to fill out your collections, now would be the time to grab some good stuff! I just want to thank everyone who has stuck by me this whole time.
