Gift Exchange Sign Ups Are Open!
They close June 14th!
Please be sure to look at both the schedule and the requirements! In order to get a gift you must be willing to give a gift.
If you want to sign up, please fill out the form here! Discord will be mandatory, and both Flubi and Glacier will be emailing you with your gift requirements and a link to the server.
Make sure you read each section of the form carefully!
When choosing what gifts you want, please only select the options that you'd like to receive! Give us as much information as you can!
Please note, for podfics, you may only request podfics of fics that you have written or asking your giftee to write a podfic for you! They may not be of someone else's work.
Some things to note! The person giving you a gift is not the person you will be giving a gift to. Please keep who you are creating a gift for a secret until your gifting date!
Instead of A < - > B:
It will be more like A - > B - > C - > D - > A.
If you drop out of the event a pinch hitter will take your place and you will not receive a gift!

Gift Requirements:
You will be given Detailed Gift Requirements in an email by either Flubi or Glacier. All gifts must follow the requirements set in those DMs. As a reminder, Generative AI is not allowed for any of the gifts in this event.
Writing: A minimum of a oneshot of at least 1000 words.
Digital/Traditional Still Art: A minimum of one complete piece of at least 500 by 500 pixels digitally, or an equivalent size traditionally. For traditional art, it must either be scanned OR a high resolution photo of it must be taken to give to the giftee.
Animation: A minimum of 5 frames must be made, all complete. When choosing this option please take into account the time given on the schedule!
Fan Edits: Fan edits must be a minimum of 15 seconds long.
GIFs: GIFs must be given in a set of 2 minimum.
Podfics: Podfics must be at least 7 minutes in length if you are reading from a selected fic by the Giftee. If you are reading something you wrote it may be 5 minutes in length. If you find a fic on AO3 that, based on the requirements, you think your Giftee would enjoy, you can contact the mod team to pass along a message asking them if it would be alright to podfic that for them. If the Giftee or the author of the fic declines, the previous requirements still stand.
Web Weave: A web weave must have a minimum of 10 elements to it, and should be sourced properly. This means that you give credit to the Original Posters for each element for your weave! If you can not find who the Original Poster is then you can not use that element!
If you have a question about participating with a medium you do not see here, please feel free to leave an ask! Please also keep in mind that there are some gift mediums that we are not advertising on the blog, but that are allowed. Once sign ups close we will expand more about why we chose to do it this way.

May 18 - June 14th: Sign ups open June 14th - June 30th: Pinch Hitter Sign Ups, Assigning Giftees/Inviting people to the discord July 1st: Creation period starts July 12th: Last Day To Drop July 31st - August 7th: Check In 1 (around 40-50% completed) August 28th - September 4th: Check in 2 / picking dates (around 90 - Fully completed) September 12th - October 17th: Gifts Given October 18th - October 31st: Pinch Hit Gift Deadline November 7th: Multichaptered fics must be completely posted by this date.
Pinch Hitter Sign Ups
In the case someone drops from the event, we'll need pinch hitters to be backups for any giftees!
As stated before, pinch hitters will receive a gift from the person between them and their giftee, both you and your gifter will receive a pinch hitter posting date at this time.
Pinch hitters do not have the option to give physical gifts, or to be specific about what they want as a gift. However, pinch hitters will state what they do not want in their gift along with the type of gift they are willing to make for the giftee.
We ask that anyone who has signed up for the gift exchange not sign up to be a pinch hitter!
