Phoebe waited inside of the sushi restaurant in one of her favorite sweater and skirt combos, looking down at the menu. It was one of her favorite restaurants, too, and she hoped Aleyna would like it. This was technically her second date, but the first one that felt like a date. The one with Kat had felt more casual, sweeter. This felt real.
Phoebe looked up as the door opened -- something she'd been doing every time the door opened since she sat down -- and let out a small sigh of relief when she saw Aleyna. Mostly because she did, in fact, look like her profile pick. Phoebe moved to stand up as the other woman approached, her cheeks going red immediately as she held her hand out towards Aleyna.
"Hi, I'm Phoebe!" She said, mentally cringing at her tone. "Sorry, that's obvious, isn't it? It's nice to meet you in person."
