My luck must be holding out, because I managed to snag another issue of SPEC from eBay. This time it's issue "7.5" (yeah, their numbering system for the magazine is a little weird...), with a gorgeous cover featuring Alis and Lutz by none other than Phoenix Rie herself.
This issue has had scans online for a while now, but I'm pleased to add it to my personal collection regardless.
