Hey I can actually throw this on Tumblr now since Ch4 released! A fake Blake/Phoenix moment I made that the producers really wanted to include, but couldn't include the whole thing since they both avoided the cameras. So they compromised by just airing the audio instead. The captions themselves go by really fast (I didn't realize that a conversation like this would take a lot longer) so I've included a transcript below the cut, with more context for the scene I couldn't include.

His stage name as Lyre is intentional (by me, not by him), since it's an instrument and sounds a lot like "liar", which is what Phoenix usually feels like.
Phoenix is transmasc, and Seven was the one who actually gave him the name Phoenix!
He has a weird relationship with his love for Misfit Alley, and while he's a fan of Griffin, it's more along the lines of wanting to be like him.
He's reaching the point of wondering if staying with the band is worth it, and feels guilty for even considering leaving (he's probably going to leave after BOTB).
The scattered pages have lyrics that I wrote for him, it's a song that I'm gonna probably use in game when the time's right!

I think I'm being SO clever in naming this snippet "in heaven" when it's about seven minutes in heaven. Kicking my feet and giggling. Who's in the closet with Phoenix, is it Blake? Is it Seven? I'll decide in the car.
