“Not this!” Pheonix squeaks her response, her hands clenching against Bek’s forearm, clinging on for dear life as they made their way through the mud and slutch, her long red hair dripping from the rain.
“You should have looked at the weather!” Bek scolded her and Phee couldn’t help but pout.
“Don’t be mad,” She pleaded, blinking up at Bek who’s face was pulled down into a scowl.
“I’m not mad, Phee. I’m just... wet and muddy and cold. And can you please hurry up so we can get back to the car?”
