Dude I don't know if I could pick a favorite! I love (almost) all of their music (I physically cannot get into Red Wine)

I'll give you a top 3, one from each album, but just know that almost all their music is equal for me.

1987 (It was there during a really hard part of my life)

Moving Out (The lyrics speak to me personally, also it was like the first song I sang at a karaoke thing and it kinda gave me confidence around those people.)

Something On My Mind (I think this song is a song that makes this album, it wasn't expected especially from the singles they dropped before the album. I really love it.)

okay so like lyrics wise: everyone is dead and the protagonist is the last person alive and they're in mayan ruins and its about like everything ending and also its kinda a metaphor for the inevitability of death me thinks and oh my fucking god i love it smm the angst in that song omg i could scream best song of all time also vibe/melody etc wise its quite similar to their other songs and really upbeat w a steady drum beat but its so good skdjdnnsks (if yk the song yk)

23. how did you discover your favorite artist?

okay so i have like 3 fave artists and i cant pick between them: lovejoy, good kid, and phoneboy

i found lovejoy cause one of my friends is v v neurodivergent about them and i tried some of their songs and it was rly good

and then they put good kid in a playlist that we share w some other friends too and i liked them so i listened to more of them and became obsesed

then spotify kept playing this song by phoneboy (idk which one it was) and eventually i was like fuck it ill try their other songs this ones cool

and i got obsesed w them too

and now i have a playlist w all of them (plus wilburs pre lovejoy songs also james marriot and theyre both cool but im not neurodivergent about them yk)
