PACT Phorum, the yearly software and investors’ conference organized by the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital Technologies (PACT) namedSocialLadder, a mobile platform that helps clients “align rewards with the most influential consumers” through a game-ified experience, as the “Best in Show” start-up from its “demo pit” competition
Peter Coffee, VP and Head of Platform Research at salesforce.com, presented us with the award. In addition to winning the audience vote, we were flattered to be selected by the panel of judges Bob Moul (CEO Artisan Mobile), Nate Lentz (Managing Partner Osage Ventures) and Scott Kinka (CTO, EvolveIP) because past winners include Curalate (2013) and PeopleLinx(2013).
The Phorum’s advisory council was chaired by Allen Born, director at investment bank Fairmount Partners. Other notable speakers included Yahoo! Tech columnist David Pogue, and Independence Blue Cross boss Dan Hilferty, with panelists from Oglivy & Mather, LockheedMartin, Penn Medicine, Wawa and other very prominent locally-based and national outfits.
