Photo Excursion
A group that works together shoots together. Jose and Liz have never been to the Salk Institute and I thought it would be great place to start. The complex architecture lends itself to photogs who love shooting shadows and contrast.
We headed a couple miles north to Torrey Pines. I remember taking my Canon G9 there for the first time. Back then I was more into hikes. This time around I brought my RX1. Instead of just shooting landscapes I wanted to focus close on some plants and flowers along the trail.
After Shooting we headed to Little Italy. Lunch ended by the time we arrived to Craft & Commerce, but we were still able to order some appetizersTo cap of our first photo excursion we rounded the corner for some beers. Bottle Craft + photo editing = Fun filled day!
