From the Arizona Multiple Listing Service Monthly Report:
Monthly Sales Volumes are staying mostly Constant, the number of Days On Market are Falling, the amount of Inventory is Rising and new Listing Prices are Going UP!
It is probably better to buy now than after the first of the year, which is a typically high volume time!
