Were Hunters allowed to leave? It was a question that had been on Kira's mind for a while, but only now did she voice it to another person in her "faction". The Survivors were very clearly trapped in this manor and thus its game, but what about Hunters? Kira stayed because there wasn't anything better for her to do with her afterlife. She was bored, to put it plainly, and participating in these matches gave her something to do.

But if she wanted to leave, would she even be able to? Or were the Hunters just as trapped as their counterparts, just unspokenly? She didn't like the idea of not having a choice on whether or not she stayed.

" Then what do you think? " she asked the Photographer. " You've been here longer than I. Has there ever been a Hunter who wanted to leave? And were they able to go? " Perhaps even after all this time, Kira was too curious for her own good.

Ithaqua didn't like staying indoors for too long. It tugged on something distant, memories he couldn't recall...and that hurt his head. Besides, he was used to the cold and the snow of outside. It felt familiar to him.

" What does it matter? " the Hunter questioned from up on his perch in a nearby tree. " My whereabouts are of no concern to you or anyone else. " He continued to lounge on the branches, clearly comfortable up in the foliage. Were hunters allowed outside the manor? He didn't know; he didn't care.

Damn him and his sword's reach..!! Or perhaps damn these flimsy arms of hers, too weak to throw a pallet down fast enough. Emily played a dangerous game with the Photographer any time they were unfortunate enough to be placed in a match together. She had the ability to cancel the strength of his sword, putting him at a great disadvantage. So she often ended up being the one he targeted first.

And it was dangerous to do her usual "hide behind a pallet and heal". His blade was too powerful; even if she mostly healed herself, he could still knock her down. And that reach... Containing the Hunter wasn't her strongest skill, but she could do it. Unless it was the Photographer...

Emily glared up at the man, gritting through the pain as she lay incapacitated. His mocking tone infuriated her. Must he rub it in that she wasn't fast enough to hit him with the pallet..?? " Doesn't matter... We won't give up...that easily... "

[   yeah,  general  coherence  is  already  lacking.  though  i  doubt  that  we’ll  get  someone  related  as  counterparts?  at  least  for  the  blue  pages,  considering  margaretha,  mike  &  smiley  tbh.  i  can  just  hope  they’ll  skip  over  where  it  wouldn’t  make  sense  at  all?  like  i’ve  heard  the  doctor  might  get  hunter  version  soon.   &  the  author  i  also  lowkey  doubt  to  become  survivor?  especially  if  labelled  as  counterpart.  though  i  am  interested  what  they  are/if  they’re  doing  bane’s  counterpart.  after  all  both  cowboy  &  patient  both  exist.  ]
