Jonkwerf Apartments
This building is located on a 50x50 lot and houses 6 single story apartments. Five of the apartments consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 outdoor spaces. One of the apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 3 outdoor spaces. The building has a public inner yard with parking spaces for cars and bicycles, as well as space at the back of the building to use as a public backyard any way you wish.
I have already set this building up as an actual apartment building (the rent is 148 simoleons). Apartment 2 is the playable apartment, the other apartments are NPC apartments. If you want to play with more than one apartment active at the same time or have your sim occupy one of the other apartments you can read this very quick tutorial on how to do so. It only involves switching some markers around and re-assigning NPC doors.
In case you want to furnish this building yourself or use it for something other than apartments I included an unfurnished non-apartment version of it.

This single story apartment building may not be the most outstanding building in town but it's functionality most certainly IS outstanding. From starters to young families tight on money or retired elders living on their pension, everyone can find what they want. These apartments are easily accessible, comfortable and, most importantly, cheap.
