What is your favourite pre-made character? My favourite pre-made sim. Hmm. That's a tough one. I think it would have to be Pauline Wan. Of all the pre-made sims I have played her the most. Agnes is another favourite of mine but Pauline just has so much spunk!
What is your favourite custom world in sims 3? Let me start by saying that I love pretty much every custom world made for The Sims 3. Every creator has their own unique touch, resulting in every world having something special that I love. I will always be infinitely impressed by the people who venture into CAW and I truely enjoy roaming through custom worlds. If I had to pick one though, I would pick St. Claire. It has everything I look for in a world and I have been a huge fan of Sarah's style and creative talent since I first "discovered" her.
Story Progression on or off? On. No doubt about it. If my sims end up doing something I really do not want them to I can always Mastercontroller it back to how it was anyway!
What other games do you play? Currently I play no other games. In the past I was an avid MMO player but I had to quit due to the limited free time I have now.
What was the last book you read? Harry Mulisch: De Aanslag. Re-reading the Dutch classics!
Science or Arts? Wow. Ok. Emm. Honestly, I can not choose. I am in a profession that is part science, part arts. Without the arts, it would be dull and uninspired. Without the science, it would be random and void of purpose. You see my dilemma? I would never choose between science and arts, I need to have both!
Your favourite meal-breakfast/lunch/dinner? Salad. Salad. Salad. And then again, salad. As long as it's a fruit or a vegetable I am bound to like it! People often feel that a salad is boring and uninspired but then I invite you to share one with me. Mine are very rich and a complete nutricious meal on their own!
Do you have any pets? I do, I have 2 Maine Coon cats.
Which country are you from? I am from the Netherlands (Europe).
For sims 4 do you want realism or stylized realism? I think I would be OK with both to be honest. Once the game is released, people will start working on CC to fill in the blank spots. CC enables all of us to play the game we want to and no matter how the Sims 4 will look, CC will change it to our liking anyway.
Morning or night? What is it with all these tough choices! It kind of depends for me, some days it is definitely morning, others it is definitely night. How about late night through early morning? Then I can have them both!

Yup. You read that right. I tried very hard to hide from all the tagged-ness but in the end it found even me. Which, I might add, says a lot about the popularity of this Tumblr-tag since I usually don't make it into any of these Tumblr games. With how many Sims do play? (in your whole town) Whew, well, not many at all to be honest! I have two gameplay saves at the moment. One is Isla Paradiso for my Borderline story, the other is my attempt at the Immortal Dynasty challenge in Sunset Valley. In both these saves I made 1 sim of my own and then added several townies, both through romantic and non-romantic relationships. Those 4-5 sims are the ones I play exclusively, the rest of the town just gets to do what they want and function as the "background" to my stories.
What’s your role in your Sims life? (micro-manager, spectator, director, god…) I can be a little bit of everything. In the past I was most definitely a God. I would decide what my sims did every second of every hour of every day for their entire sim-existance. Nowadays I am much more lenient with my sims, allowing them to pick and choose a lot of their own activities. I do however still interfer or make decision for them to keep the story I am playing out in my head on track. And, of course, whenever I am using poses all bets are off: it's like my very own puppet show.
Do you play with fantasy/unrealistic stuff in your Sims game? Generally, no. I am much more a realism-oriented type of player and fairies and genies just never make that cut. However, seeing all these fantastical creatures pop up in other people's games has made me curious and I am debating creating a third gameplay save just for fun and some pretty pictures, no big stories, that would include all the Supernatural stuff as well. Maybe a Legacy. Hmm... Decision! Decisions!
What’s the last lot you have built/decorated/downloaded? The last time I had my game open was last Friday and I worked on two different lots. One is a new unfurnished houseboat: a non-starter boat that is bigger and more expensive than my previous boat. The other is a community lot built on a barge: a floating coffee bar, brasserie and art expo complete with out- and indoor seating areas as well as a small on-board beach! Hopefully I will be able to finish and upload them both somewhere this week.
Did you get a lot of deaths in your game? I am ashamed to admitt that I haven't had a single death of a sim I played with in my game. I have never managed to play a family for that long a period of sim-time. I build, decorate, landscape and create sims more than I actually play the game.
What was your first experiment with a Sims game (1, 2 or 3)? The Sims 1, oh so many years ago. I didn't even know about CC back then, or about gameplay challenges, or sim-communities. I was just a kid having fun. It wasn't until The Sims 2 that I started downloading CC and it took The Sims 3 for me to endeavour into the sims community. What surprises will The Sims 4 hold, I wonder!
With what town do you play, and where would it be located on Earth (or any other planet! :p), if it existed for real? I'm currently playing multiple EA worlds and in the past I have tried quite a few custom made worlds as well. Though each town has their own unique feel to it, nothing has ever felt perfect to me. If I got to choose, my town would be located on the west coast of Holland. It would have a never ending sandy coastline, dunes, harbours, behind that polders, canals, farmland, small towns and big cities, and further inland, you'd be able to see the higher sand grounds with their wide rivers, heather fields and old forests. That would be my ideal world. I have often thought to myself that, perhaps, I should pick up CAW and create something like this.
What does make you following a Simblr? Or what does discourage you to follow a Simblr? What makes me follow a Simblr can be a great many things. Pictures, stories, worlds, creations, or simply inspiring concepts and ideas. The thing that discourages me from following a Simblr is, to be quite frank, always the same. Not everyone tags their posts consequently and correctly, which is of course their prerogative, but since I am here for The Sims too many RL posts or pictures, replies and philosophies or un-sim related topics that I can not hide on my dashboard makes me not follow (or unfollow) someone.
What did happen in your game last time you played? *chuckle* This will be a little Bordline preview I guess but, last time I played, Seiko moved in with Imelda and found she wasn't living alone anymore!
In which part of the world do you live? I live in western Europe, in the Netherlands.
To which question I haven’t asked you would have liked to answer? (and feel free to answer it if you want, I don’t want to frustrate you more!) Haha. Let me think for a second. I guess I wouldn't mind answering the question where I get my inspiration to build from. The answer would be that I mainly get my inspiration from the amazing architecture you find in real life. All across the globe, for hundreds of years, people have been building both private houses as well as public buildings. Old, new, traditional or modern. There is so much to see out there and I often try to capture one thing or another that intrigues me in my sim buildings. On top of that, when I am building, certain items from the game can actually inspire me. Like my quirky university building with the traffic lights and the scooters. I came across them in the buydebug category and inspiration just hit. Sometimes it is simple and easy, other times I have to work for it, but I guess that's the nature of creativity.
I hope everyone is still awake after this long post! I am not tagging anyone myself simply because, let's be honest, how many original questions can we really ask each other concerning The Sims? Since this "game" has been going on for a while now, I daresay we are at that point where we all need to take a little break and relax before the next craze hits.

Are they from the City Build Set by Einfach Simlish, updated by Megativity or the Town Build Set by Einfach Simlish, updated by Megativity that you linked in your cc list ? The stone pattern comes with an Ambitions wallpaper. It is called “natural piled stone wall" and you can find it under wall styles -> rock and stone, I only recoloured it.
Also, your message made me realise that the links to the windows & doors sets from Einfach Simlish were outdated. I updated my post with the new BPS Forum links so you should be able to download the items without further problems once you registered and logged in.
