"Well, I see a lot of cases where people who have real injuries end up getting addicted."
This is coming from the cop who thinks taking your medication as instructed is a sign of "serious addiction".

"You took a pill while you were examining a patient. That's serious addictive behaviour."
What the shit is that noise? If somebody takes medication for their medical condition and they're also a doctor and they're examining a patient and they need to take their medication that's not "addictive behaviour", especially if it is a well-established fact that they become a worse doctor when they're not medicated. If you want to get him in legal trouble, why not focus on how he just admitted openly to assaulting you with a thermometer?? But noooooo, it's way more important to penalise him for Bad Crippleโข behaviour than for actual medical malpractice.
