What Does A Heart Look Like

The heart is made up of four chambers  Atria or without a pair; atrium  Ventricles, all on its own is a ventricle  And they pump blood through the body  The left atrium and ventricle combine to pump  Oxygenated blood to the body while  The right atrium and ventricle work to pump  Oxygen-poor blood to the lungs  Between these two right atrium and ventricle sits the tricuspid; the mitral valve between that of the left atrium and ventricle  The pulmonary between that of the right ventricle and pulmonary artery; the aortic valve is between that of the left ventricle and the aorta  These valves and chambers are connect to veins or arteries that either bring blood into or away from the heart  The atria are both receiving stations of the heart  The ventricles are both the shipping stations of the heart  Oxygen-poor blood through to the lungs;  Oxygen-rich blood through to the body  Heart wall consists of three layers- Endocardium a thin membrane of the interior,  Myocardium, the middle layer in which it is the thickest layer and the heart muscle  Epicardium is the thin layer on the surface, here lie the coronary arteries Pericardium separates the heart from the other structures in the chest Conduction, to control and allow its tissues to set the heart rate and allows upper and lower chambers to communicate 

Together, it all functions to keep one alive so that  You and I can exist outside of each other’s memories

Emotion: Making Love v. Sex

Despite what people think, there is a difference between the act of sex and actual making love....

I was discussing past/current relationships with my friend and I told her that I always had to fantasize during sex with my ex.  But it was mostly because I didn't feel any emotion behind it, I typically felt no emotion during sex and when all was said and done, I was cold (as in chilly and needed a blanket or something) and didn't necessarily know what to do next.  What I wanted was to feel passion, connection, and emotion.  I wanted to feel love, not raging hormones or his stupid endless horny-ness.

To make love is to physically unite with someone through love and passion.  You feel the emotion.  You savor the touch and wrap yourself in the closeness that is shared between the two of you.  That is the real difference between sex and the act of making love.  The heart.
