"We should all care about disabled people because one day we will all become disabled!"
So does that mean we don't have to care about disabilities that are present from birth or before? What about those that are determined by prenatal development but do not appear until later in life? What if some people can get a disability that you personally can't? What if you could but it's implausible for you too?
And why does our real pain have to be about your hypothetical pain? Why can't you care about us because we are human?
